Jennifer Hall-Li Volsi
Jennifer Hall-LiVolsi is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Restorative Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Practitioner with over 25 years experience in the healing arts. She began her studies in Chinese kung fu where she fell in love with not only the art of kung fu, but the healing modalities of qigong and other energy movement practices. Jennifer has been a student and seeker of holistic principles for decades. She realizes that in todays world we all need to breathe more deeply, move more intentionally, and create more space for self-care. Through her own personal healing journey, Jennifer has come to understand a profound truth: when we heal ourselves, we help heal the world.
Above all Jenn is a mother (and student) of two boys who constantly remind her of the importance of patience, forgiveness, love, and self-care.
